Dokumentation Iscan Portable Scanner - FAQ Danish & English

Fejlfinding:

Scannerens display skal altid vise: JPG (PDF) og LO (HI MI), indstillinger ændres ved at trykke på enten JPG/PDF eller DPI knappen.

Hvis scanneren ikke vil tænde:

• tjek at batterier er opladede og korrekt isat.
• hold start knappen inde i min. 2 sec.

Hvis scanneren giver fejl (err. lyser rødt):

• tjek om scannerens opløsning er sat til LO
• tjek på undersiden og se om der er snavs på scannervinduet, rens evt. med brilleklud.

Hvis scanninger er dårlige/mangelfulde:

• vær opmærksom på at scanne langsomt i en glidende bevægelse.
• vær opmærksom på at scanne indenfor den angivne maksimale bredde.

Troubleshooting:

The scanner display should always display: JPG (PDF) and LO (HI MI), change settings by pressing either the JPG / PDF or DPI button.

If the scanner does not turn on:

• check that new batteries have been correctly placed in them.
• hold the start button for 2 seconds.

If the scanner makes a mistake (Err lights red):

• check if the scanner's resolution is set to LO
• check the bottom of the scanner and see if there is dirt on the scanner window, clean with a spectacle cloth if needed.

If scans are bad / inadequate:

• be careful to scan slowly in one gliding motion.
• be aware of scanning within the specified maximum width.
