Before your arrival to Denmark

Make sure to check, if you need a residence permit or visa to enter Denmark.
Do not book your trip, before you have a complete confirmation of your enrollment as well as potential visa or residence permit.
Make sure that you have adequate travel insurance (please observe that additional insurance may be required if you are doing a traineeship in Denmark).
Make sure you have a place to stay. Read more about accommodation here.
Once you have been accepted to University College Absalon, you will be contacted by an international advisor or a student buddy, who will help you upon arrival (for example with getting the keys for your accommodation and other practical matters). You must observe the arrival dates and time arranged with this person, otherwise you might have to stay a night in a hostel/hotel.
