Danish Language Instruction
Information for International Teacher Education Students
To support your language development, you are offered Danish lessons as part of your education. The Danish lessons are provided in collaboration with Sprogcenter Næstved and follows the national Danish Language Education Act for Adult Foreigners (Lov om danskuddannelse for voksne udlændinge m.fl.).
For students starting summer 2025
As an international student in the teacher education programme at Absalon, starting in summer 2025, you are required to pass the Danish language exam Studieprøven no later than the end of your second year of study. This is a prerequisite for continuing in the programme.
