Exchange Criteria

  • The stay may not prolong your studies, and should give you academic credits. Therefore, you should always plan your stay with your international coordinator.
  • For longer stays (over two months) you must have completed at least one year of your studies.
  • For stays, where the working language is English, it is a requirement, that you have a certain level of English. We recommend EuroPass, but you are 100% responsible for this yourself.
  • Your international coordinator and your study advisor may decide you are not eligible to do an exchange.
  • Academic credits are given when all final reports and evaluations have been completed.
  • If you do not hold a Danish citizenship, and you want to do an exchange in your home country, your application for an Erasmus grant will be considered last.

Interruption of Stay

If you interrupt your stay abroad early you must report this to your international coordinator immediately. You then need to report the same way as if you had completed your entire stay.

If you have been on an Erasmus stay, you may have to pay some or your entire Erasmus grant back.
